Does Its Job! Just Not On Dark Colors
Bought these and they worked great. If I had been using a lighter color fabric it would have definitely shown up really well. I could see traces of the color on the army green fabric I was using but it wasn't clear enough for me to see the pattern I had traced.

Not good
I was so excited when I found this because I hate drawing on fabric for embroidery. These pencils will not transfer with an iron on anything I try to apply it to. Very bad.

Impossible to get any detail work with it
I despise these. They are remarkably terrible. The lead is weak and breaks constantly, have to keep the frozen so the lead doesn't break and you can't sharpen them at all if they aren't frozen. Terrible product does not transfer clearly, no matter how hard you press. For crude large lines perhaps it would work, but not for any sort of fine detail work at all. Would never recommend to anyone I liked

Fine Lines Brings OUT The Design

Hot Iron Transfer Pencil
They did Thier job. They made it possible to transfer our pattern to leather for carving. Didn't iron it on but may try that in the future on other projects.

Transfer nethod that doesn't always work
This works only on light colored fabrics. There is no alternative for dark fabrics. Often transferred image is very light and hard to see.

Didn’t work
I followed the directions exactly, also using Aunt Martha tracing paper. When I tried ironing my design onto a cotton dish towel, the design did not transfer at all. I returned the product.

Waste of Time...
I have a very large embroidery project planned and I needed a way to get the pattern to cloth. Picked these up despite the mixed reviews. I spent a painstaking amount of time (2 hours) tracing and darkening and making sure enough product was on the pages... tried to iron it. Gave it plenty of time. To really make sure.... recieved a smudgy barely there useless transfer. Back to the literal drawing board. Extremely frustrated.
