love this man
I love this yarn, it slides great on the hook, the only thing is that stock goes off quickly

Huge color discrepancies! Be aware.
I like the yarn for it being acrylic. However the colors do not match online. ESPECIALLY the bayleaf. It was a much muddier color than shown which was disappointing.

Thin, Scratchy, but great otherwise.
Good for it's price, but a little too scratchy for wearables. It doesn't feel like a 4 weight yarn, more like 3 or 2. I wouldn't recommend it for clothes, and it needs a small 2.5-3.5 hook.

Favorite yarn!!
I bought 3 skeins of the Bayleaf green color to make a nice mesh summer dress. This is some of my favorite yarn to make clothes with because it is easy to work with, lightweight, and holds up very nicely. I have used it before to make tank tops and bolero sleeves. I will definitely be buying again. Best to use the coupons on these though!

Lovely feel
This yarn was the perfect balance between light weight and sturdy. It’s very easy to work with and the colors are delightful. I made this adorable goose using this yarn for everything except for the jute hat.

Good
I bought this for a pattern. Yarn ran too thin for CYC 4 but it was okay. A little scratchier than I had predicted but very shiny and durable and color doesn't bleed. I needed to buy more than double what the pattern called for though, not sure if this was yarn's fault or pattern's. Altogether, very good yarn but a little off

My new favorite yarn
I bought this yarn several months ago and crocheted a beautiful ruana. I am an advanced beginner, and this yarn was easy to use, did not split, and is very durable. There are quite a few color choices, and I would love even more! I bought the yarn again to make another ruana for my sister!

Solid yarn, runs a bit thin
This yarn runs a bit small for a size 4, so keep in mind that it recommends a smaller hook size for projects and you may have to readjust patterns. Other than that, it's pretty great yarn: 100% cotton, strong, doesn't split or break even if you have to restitch portions, and fairly soft for cotton. I'd use it again

Excellent yarn, size down your hook
I originally disliked this yarn. I followed the recommended hook size of 4mm (Susan Bates aluminum bamboo hook) and found it nearly impossible to work with. After upgrading to Clover Amour hooks and getting a wider variety of sizes, I tried this yarn again. With a 3.5mm Clover hook, this yarn was lovely to work with. Excellent stitch definition and a slight stretch.

Great for summer tops
I made a top with this and it was great to work with! It didn’t split which is a major win. Just be aware it has no stretch so adjust your pattern accordingly

Wonderful yarn !
Lion Brand has awesome quality yarn, this being my favorite that I've tried ! It feels super nice to the touch, so I'm glad I used it to make my first crochet beanie. Any knots in the yarn were more to the end of the yarn in my experience, so ultimately not too intrusive compared to other yarns.

Thrilled with this cotton yarn!
I've been using a few different brands for most of my cotton yarn projects, but earlier this month I came across a pattern for a table runner that called for 100% mercerized cotton. After doing some research, I came across Lion Brand 24/7 yarn. I picked the three colors I wanted and commenced my project. What a difference this yarn makes! I LOVE the way it works up! It has a springiness/stretch that is very nice and the color selections are very good. I'm just finishing up this project and I do believe I'll buy some more of this yarn and make matching placemats as well. Also, I've been wanting to make my daughter-in-law some summer tank tops and I do believe this is just the perfect cotton to use for that, as well. I've found a new favorite - 24/7 will be my "go-to" choice of cotton yarn for many, many more projects. I'm very, very happy with this yarn!

Beautiful cotton yarn
This is one of my favorite yarns for home decor items, bags and mosaic crochet. Stitch definition is good, no splitting, a few knots here and there (but I find that in a lot of the more affordable yarns), a great range of saturated colors and seems to be quite durable. I haven't done any knitting with this yarn, but have seen great results from those who have.

Color is not even close!
Seems like a nice yarn but the colors are WAY off! The above is supposed to be Grass and the lower one is Bay Leaf.

Poorly tied knot 1/4th of the way into the skein
It’s my first time working with this cotton yarn. I was surprised to encounter a poorly tied knot with 3 very short loose ends and 1 longer about 1/4th of the way into the skein. I had to cut it and re-tie.

Great Cotton Yarn
I used ~11 balls for a cabeled cardigan and it came out very nice! The yarn was easy to work with on my bamboo needles. I think I used size 6 and 7 US needles. There was really only 1 ball that had +2 times where the yarn was broken and knotted with another strand. The one star is taken off because one of the balls looked like it had been knit already, and then frogged (the yarn was all squiggly). The squiggles came out with blocking, but it was weird and made me wonder where the yarn had been/it came from.

Navy is not navy
I purchased the "navy" yarn. It is not a navy shade. The label says "navy" followed by "bleu marine". It is def marine blue which did not suit my purpose. Other than that the yarn seems good quality and I love the texture.

Cotton yarn
I can order this just about anywhere and that's what I plan on doing when I order more. I don't like the fact that I have to pay for shipping.

Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton Yarn.
This is the best cotton yarn I have found so far to work with. It does not split while crocheting. I made coasters to give to the local nursing home and they loved them. I also made - last year - a small Christmas tree with crocheted paw prints to hang as ornaments on it and donated to our local no kill humane society. I find this cotton yarn one of the best so far to crochet with and love the colors.

Do not buy!
I bought 11 skeins of this yarn in purple to make an extra large adult size sweater. While knitting the sweater the yarn was pilling so badly I had difficulty seeing the stitches. When I completed the sweater, I realized I had a sweater of at least four different shades of purple! I washed and dried the sweater 3 times and still had to use a lint roller to make it presentable enough to give as a gift. I made the same sweater in a child size. When I saw the pilling then I thought it was a one-off thing. Needless to say I will not be purchasing this yarn again!

Love the polished sheen, no knots or splits!
I knit the whole family vests and decided it was time to make myself one.
I’ve been looking everywhere for an old school, classic V-neck vest and finally decided just to make myself one.
I love the smooth polished finish of the cotton, and I wash it in the machine on cold and just place on a hanger to dry.

Very nice
My first foray into cotton and i love it. Absolutely zero splitting. Just needed to get used to tension. Yarn is a bit "slippery" so I believe that forming joins will require extra care. *Gorgeous* stitch definition.
Colors are very nice. My only complaint is that "charcoal" is more brown than dark gray.

Great yarn for bags or amigurumi
I would use this yarn for a purse or similar item, not a garment because of it doesn’t have a soft feel. It’s very nice for bags and amigurumi.

So disappointed
I love working with this yarn, but even after soaking overnight with vinegar & salt water & then washing the color bled so bad that it's a totally faded out, completely different color of green. It's the border for 2 placemats that made for my sister & now they are ruined. I made 2 solid placemats also & now I'm afraid to wash them.
This is not an inexpensive yarn; it should not bleed like that
