Love this stuff!!!
I found this product in the store at the cutting table. I had used other starch but thought the lavender scent would be nice. When I discovered it didn’t flake when you use it, I was sold. I buy it by the gallon as the cost is less.

Wrinkles melt!
Works well. Haven't used it much yet, but when I have the wrinkles melted. This is my first purchase after reading the reviews and recommendations. I like that I could get it scent free. I just am at a point in my quilt making process where I'm not ironing, so I haven't had a good chance to test it.

Great pressing aid.
I love this product. Crisps up the fabric for more accurate cutting without making it too much like paper. And, if you don't use the fabric right away, no harm done--it'll deter bugs while fabric is stored. Ordering was easy; shipping was quick.

If you iron cotton fabrics, you need this product.
I started using this product when ironing cotton quilt fabrics, but rapidly went to using it for all my cotton clothes as well. Mary Ellen's best press helps smooth the wrinkles, even in a badly twisted piece of yardage, and does not gum up the soleplate of my iron. The gallon bottle refills their little spray bottle (or, I suppose, one you bought), and the best price for the gallon is at Jo Ann with free or reduced shipping.

Prefer unscented clear Best Press.
I like using Mary Ellen's Best Press on my cotton fabric prior to piecing quilts. No flakey residue like spray starch. Prefer the clear unscented version better than the scented colored version. The colored doesn't seem to stain the fabric. I always wash my quilts when I am finished, so unwanted fragrance and chemicals are not a problem.

Works beautifully
Works beautifully for eliminating creases in fabric and adding body to fabrics before cutting and sewing. It does not flake like regular starch does so it is my go-to product for any dark fabric.
