Works up beautifully
Have made a number of articles with this yarn and find it very easy to work with. Because it is wool, it has some scratchy bits in it but overall it works up beautifully.

Didn't get full order & no response from Joann's
I did not get my full order. I have tried contacting customer service and have not gotten a response. I ordered 8 skeins; got 5. The app says what I ordered and it says it was all delivered. Nope! Sure wasn't! No more online orders here fron me.

Great yarn for mittens but not a sweater.
The yarn was thinner than I expected so I had to double it. It took two scanes to make a pair of men's size large liners. It was not itchy, but when I put them on my neck, it was very itchy so I would not make a sweater or scarf with this.

Hard to review
I would love to be able to give a review for this yarn. However I have yet to receive any sort of shipping notification. It’s been four days and the other item in my order has been delivered. Customer service tells me it’s out of stock but it allowed me to order it in the first place and it still states that it’s in stock and can be ordered in lots of five. So while I would love to give a review on the quality and feel if the yarn it would be nice to actually have it in my hands to do so

beautiful olor and everything easy to work with. made a scarf but it was way too itchy even after using softener and conditioner. itll be worn over clothes so its okay but i wish it stayed soft after working it

Never received it. Disappointment
My very first time using the website. I usually support and order from a local small business. This store does not have a great shipping process. Takes forever. Tempted to cancel the order. Going back to the small business and buying in person. This is horrible.
