Totally disappointed
This board is not laminated at all. "Laminated" is not used in the description on the board. This is false advertisement. I need a cutting board, so I will keep it. Joann your credibility just went down.

Not laminated
Just purchased two of these and they are not laminated. They are just regular cardboard, no coating at all. It's fine for my purposes but the title should be changed.

It’s great for the length but it isn’t laminated
I thought it was laminated but when I got him and I was sizing up my fabric to cut it with my rotary cutter it sliced right through the board into my dining room table! So not very happy about this.

Affordable and Useful
I was looking for a bigger board and this fits the bill. It's affordable in comparison to the measuring mats in stores that are pretty expensive and much smaller.

It's Just Cardboard
So if you want a mat you can use a craft knife on without much damage...this is not your board. It's just a huge piece of cardboard that has markings and can fold up. I will keep it so I can measure fabric scraps quickly. Just a bummer that for the price it is not all-purpose.

Great board for sewing and crafting
Love this board! Can use with rotary cutter and you can pin items to board. Is large but folds for easy storage. Also good for crafting.

Inexpensive, functional, lasts for years. Had to replace my board I used for at least 20 years as my husband decided to use it to make candy. Hardened sugar does not easily come off!!

cutting board walls
No, sewing projects for this cutting board. It along with two others and 4 big paper clips are used to form a 'wall' around our couch to keep the cat off. Works great! Also is easily disassembled and tucked away when company coming.

A new one, at last!
I've had one of these for 30 years and it sure has saved my table! I was able to get this one on sale and know that it is worth every penny I spent. I do have the rotary cutter and self healing mat, but sometimes you have things that need to be cut with scissors.

This cutting board is by far superior in quality than other brands. It is a very sturdy cardboard that will not tear at the natural bends amy time soon. It is also a good generous size in comapirson to others. Would highly recommend to others.

Foldaway cardboard cutting board
Bought this one to replace the same one I’ve had for too many years to remember. Easy to store the unfold onto a table or bed when needed. I use the grid and bias lines frequently. For cardboard, the regular price seems high, but definitely worth it with a 70% off coupon.

Just like my mom's
I don't have a table large enough for my projects and live in a 1 bedroom apartment. This does the trick! It is a bit of a challenge to keep the cat away from me when I am cutting on this, but that is just life with a cat. I love this board. Easy to use and folds away in a closet.

SUPER cutting board!
With limited space at home, this cutting board allows me to cut out patterns on top of my bed and stores neatly in the closet when I am done. Also, making changes to the last pattern I used was super easy with the curved lines printed on the board. This purchase replaced the same product which was decades old and very well used. I recommend it for use and convenience.

Disappointed
I was disappointed upon opening this that it definitely does not have a laminated finish as stated in the description.
"It has a sturdy Kraft board construction with a neat laminated finish."
The finish is just like my old one! It is sturdy though and will work ok.
