Block Arizona Sunshine!
Great quality ! I T-pinned this material over a sheet of insulation to put into an upper window to block afternoon Arizona sun from heating up the room. It was opaque so it covered all the lettering on the insulation.

Linong Vintage barkcloth purses from moms fabric
Hi there, I used this fabric as a lining for my vintage barkcloth purse! The original barkcloth was curtains my dear mother made that hung in our house for decades!. After her and my father passed away I washed the curtains and salvaged most of the fabric. I made my one and only brother pillows from the fabric and my sisters all vintage purses from those memorable curtains! The gray/ silver fabric makes a perfect lining for the black/ brown and white original patterned vintage barkcloth. I used the fusible pelon to line the barkcloth purse for stability. I used vintage buttons my sister got at an auction. I love joanns, i always try to shop sales and feel it stimulates my creativity!

Soft and easy to work with.
This is softer than typical outdoor fabrics. We will see how it holds up as cushion covers for outdoor furniture.
