Online shopping is very disappointing.
I love the store and the products but the shipping is so disappointing. The first order never showed up and it took over two weeks to get a refund so I could reorder. The reorder showed up short a skein of yarn that I've already been charged for. Hopefully they'll make this right but my project is never going to be finished in time. Next time I'll buy from somewhere locally and save Joanne's for when I'm able to travel that far. The hassle of their hit and miss shipping just isn't worth it.

My Sons Birthday Blanket
I used the Twist Deep Red Blue and white. This yarn is very soft and he wanted a patriotic in a v-stitch. He love sit. Now the whole family wants birthday blankets. I'm going to be busy!

Product great, Shipping is not.
Shipping takes WAY too long . Been waiting over a week to complete this project and still no updates. My package is just sitting in Kansas city for 3 days. Quit using DHL please. Have all colors available in your store.

No dryer
I have been testing several yarn brands for washing and drying. Most Acrylic yarns do well in the washer and dryer. HOWEVER Big Twist label states do not use a dryer and I agree because it shrinks. If you were using the same brand and color the shrinkage might be ok with an afghan or blanket but caps and scarves would not do well.

Easy Yarn Soft
This is my third time purchasing this Yarn and off of the Joanne website. It is easy to work with and very soft, nice colors too.
The only drawback is It is not tumble, dry, but I think if you put it on delicate cycle it might be ok.

I bought 44 skeins of yarn this year. The more yarn I use the more problems I come across. Knots, tangles, and PIECES OF YARN TIED TOGETHER. Absolute garbage and not worth the money at all. I have found at least 8 skeins of yarn that have two pieces tied together. That is an obvious issue with quality control. I use this yarn for rug tufting with a tufting gun and it jams the gun when it comes across knots. It is absolute garbage and I wouldn't recommend this brand of yarn to anyone.

Loving this soft yarn
I’m always iffy on acrylic yarn but this one was super soft! Even before putting it through the washer it worked up really nice and doesn’t pull! I will definitely buy more of this yarn!

Careful with colors online
The yarn is fine. No issue there. I bought the "varsity red" and it sure is red. Bright, bright red. "Candy Apple Red" maybe? Borderline neon.

Bought this to make a baby blanket. Still need to weave in the ends and complete the last row for the border but it is so soft and the price is unmatched for the amount of yardage. Who thought you could make such an adorable baby blanket for $10 (yarn on sale)!

Shocking quality
This yarn is shockingly good quality for the price. It’s easy to find the center of the skein which is fantastic and difficult to find in a low budget yarn. When working in both knit and crochet, it holds its plies together well and doesn’t untwist to cause chaos. And the piece when complete is soft and cushy.
I personally don’t like acrylic yarn very much. But I will never use another acrylic yarn again now that I’ve used this.

I love this yarn!
This has to be my favorite yarn to work with. It’s soft, easy to use, and not to mention there are sooo many color options. Can’t get enough of it. Would buy them all if I could. 10 out of 10, highly recommend especially for beginners!!
