First Impression
I just got the pan today and haven't had a chance to try it out yet. The first thing I did was check the capacity. I measured and poured 6 cups of water into the pan, which took it up to the level of a cake batter. Then I poured in one more cup. It didn't quite fill the pan to the brim, but if my cake batter was a touch over 6 cups, I'd use it all. Most importantly, it did not leak water, so I have no doubt that it won't leak cake batter either.

Just one issue!
This would have been a 5 star pan except for the screws that protrude into the the cake. My ancient pan used flat rivets to attach the ears--------a better design. Other than that the pan is great and so was the cake!

why. do stores do not carry angel food cake pans.????
I have looks everywhere to see where to buy a angel food cake pan with out ordering one and paying postage.....Why do the stores not carry these any longer? I found a small one ..but that would not hold a cake mix....need pan to be 10 by 4 inches...stores do not have them in stock...discussing/
