Love this frame
I love this frame!! I have bought several sizes. Hanging on my wall, it is beautiful. I do agree the staples on the cardboard corner protecting the corner are hard to remove but I can do it somewhat easily now. I use a flat screwdriver bit to pry it out a bit then grab it with a pliers and ease it straight out. I've had them break too so I hammer the remains flat into the frame. The low cost and the beauty of this frame are so worth the staples (though I do wish they would secure that cardboard corner a different way). I have a little arthritis in my hands but this is still very doable.

Packaging Nightmare
Removing carpet staples from wood flooring is easier than removing the staples from the corner cardboard protective pieces. And I used a carpet staple tool! Some staples broke off, leaving sharp needle pieces embedded. Maybe jewelery pliers will get them out. If not, they will scratch the walls. If you have any hand issues (arthritis), DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME!! The frame itself is fine. I did not have issues with the pieces that secure the glass, as the other reviewer mentioned. So, I gave a 4 star for the frame. Getting to it is a nightmare.

Horrible frame
This is a truly horrible product. The latches in the back don't stay in place, which causes what is in the frame to come out. There is a little triangle for hanging which is required multiple tries to hang.
