ESW will collect your Duties during checkout. We'll calculate all applicable import charges (VAT, duties and/or taxes) at that time.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when you place your order. ESW determines foreign exchange rates, based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise apply in an e-commerce transaction. We'll bill you for your full order amount when you place your order. Payment methods vary by destination, depending on your "Ship To" country. Please note, we are unable to accept JOANN Gift Cards as forms of payment on ESW international orders. Gift Cards are not available for purchase with ESW orders.
To track your order, please visit our Order Tracking page. All ESW international orders are processed through Standard and Express Delivery Service options. Please allow up to 10 business days (standard delivery) and up to 4 business days (express delivery) to receive your tracking information. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary based on the location of your shipping address. Transit time measurements exclude shipments delayed by exceptions caused by customs delays, weather, invalid address provided and other unforeseen circumstances.
